iMedia is always pleased to schedule an initial 2 hour consultation with your company to share advice and insight to your existing business model and advertising platform. We require an upfront fee that has to be confirmed to us via email with a brief project breakdown email overview of your project.
The fee of $250/is for the initial consultation and includes an extensive review of company marketing content and media networks. iMedia will then follow up with in depth resolutions. The initial consultation will take place via Skype or Phone Call. Otherwise travel, meals and entertainment must be arranged for consultant.
Consultant shall be reimbursed for any travel of 20 miles or more. Rate is multiplied is travel requires more than (2) days stay.
For meeting that require travel of more than 50 miles are $1250 and the rate does not include rider expenses which are not negotiable : 4 Star Hotel (1 Suite) (1 Double Queen/or King), Ground Transportation for two SUV Only, Flight and Hotel for Consultant plus one. Payment confirmation must be received before scheduling for appointment.
